|Recommended: NoApartment floods when it rains. Gnats infested. Changed management 4 times this year. The smell of weed in the hallway.

Multiple property managers, leasing agents, maintenance, and housing keepers every 3-5 months. The Current property manager and leasing agents are RUDE, NEVER in office, NEVER answer the phone. The only concern is about signing new leases.
The first floor smells awful, residents are smoking weed nonstop, smells like feet in the hallway.
Garage Door doesn't work AGAIN

|Recommended: YesOver All Great Place — I haven’t had any issues living here myself. I’ve enjoyed the time so far. The maintenance staff is very friendly and the office staff is new so I haven’t had much interaction with them but, they seem friendly also. The building is kept clean. The only issue I have ever had is some people try to park in the paid garage without paying and you might have to drive to find a new spot to park in the garage but, not a super big deal.

|Recommended: YesI absolutely love living here The leasing agents and manager have all been super helpful during the entire process of moving in and getting my apartment. The apartments have great lighting and have a modern loft look to them as well which is really great especially for creatives.
